Keeping to right (draft, beta)
I'm researching the subject of "Keeping to right" or "Failure to keep right" and have been asking questions to family, police officers, lawyers by email, forums, and keep right websites. Eventually, I'll be able to ask a judge.
Here is a wiki I've set up for the discussion with questions on it.

When is it impracticable to travel as closely as possible to the right-hand edge or curb of the roadway?
What is "normal and reasonable movement of traffic" in relation to the speed limit?
What is your definition of slow in relation to the speed limit?
What is "drive slowly in the passing lanes" in relation to the speed limit?
Is slow driving the speed limit, or driving between the speed limit and speed limit - 5? Where do you draw the line on what is slow?
What is your position on driving over the speed limit?
Here are some links to website related to keeping right and "slow" driving in the left lane.

So far, there are some people that don't like slow drivers in the left lane, but don't define slow. There are lawyer websites that don't advise driving over the speed limit.
There's an officer that think driving 48 in a 50 zone is not allowed in the left lane, but says the maximum speed you can drive in the left lane is 50.

Kenichi Ebina wins again!
Kenichi Ebina wins the "It's Showtime at the Apollo" dance competition, again.
I missed episode 515 from 3/31/07 (rerun on 8/4/07), thinking he wouldn't win again and I'd see the winner the next week (4/7/02), but I he won again and I missed who lost to him.
It seemed close against this week's competition, "Lockism," with the one female dancer that would jump, point her legs straight foward without bringing them back to land on, and land on her tailbone. I was worried about her spine and then she did it again at the end, but that wasn't enough to beat Kenichi who did the same routine for over 4 weeks now.
I'm not sure when they taped "It's Showtime at the Apollo," but it looks like Kenichi won't lose this season. His website says, "[i]n 2007, Kenichi is appearing on “Showtime at the Apollo” as a solo performer and became the grand champion in 2007 season."
I tried searching for information about "Konichi" or Kenichi and "It's Showtime at the Apollo" on the web, but seems like the show isn't popular enough to be updated on tv.com or even be on nbc.com. I've been looking forward to the show since the dance competition and to see who will beat Kenichi.

Apprentices it is or isn't, but not Apprentiiiiii
Had to look up Apprenti and Apprentices after the P.S. in http://www.livejournal.com/users/closetromantic/50010.html. Google and Answers.com say Apprentices? Apprenti is some French word? Who to believe? Road scholar Randal or Google+Answers.com?
